The Hill family has owned and operated Northern Power Sports since 1981. They have dedicated their efforts to support the interior of Alaska with excellence in powersports equipment. The Hill family and the staff at Northern Power Sports have years of experience in outfitting Alaskans with snow machines, four wheelers, motorcycles, and watercraft for the rugged terrain that you will encounter in the outdoors of Alaska. Northern Power Sports is a full service dealership with a sales, financing, parts and service department. Craig Hill
General Manager
Craig Hill has been a part of Northern Power Sports since his parents purchased the store in 1981. He is an expert technician and has been selling and managing full-time at Northern Power Sports for several years now. He has been riding and racing motorcycles and snow machines for over 25 years. His specialties are motorcycle road racing and cross country high performance snow machines. Craig held the State Champion's Road Racing Title from 2003 to 2006.
Colby Hill
Parts Manager
Colby Hill supervises the parts department here at Northern Power Sports. His day-to-day responsibilities are filled with customer service, parts ordering, receiving and high performance consulting. He is an expert mechanic, snow machine, and motorcycle racer, who has won many state wide snow machine cross country and sprint races. He can often be found fine tuning high dollar and high performance machines.
Karen Hill
Owner
Northern Power Sports has been a family owned and operated dealership since 1981. Karen Hill has been the Owner/Chief Financial Officer since the beginning. She operates the Arctic Cat, Suzuki, and Yamaha dealership with her two sons, Craig and Colby Hill. She can be found in the dealership every day with her two Pugs: Ginger and Pepper.

Store Mascots
Pepper and Ginger are Karen Hill's dogs that are a popular attraction here at Northern Power Sports. Children and customers that frequent the store love to pet and play with them. Just another way that Northern Power Sports strives to make all feel comfortable while in the dealership.

Davy Baldwin
Salesman
Davy Baldwin came to Northern Power Sports in the summer of 2001 as a service tech. He was raised here in Fairbanks and after finishing college in Phoenix, Arizona, he came back home. He is married to his wife, Amy, and has three sons: James, Zach, and Lil' David Howard. Davy has been riding and working on powersports equipment for over twenty years. He continues to represent Northern Power Sports in the Alaska State Road Racing series. He specializes in sport bikes, motorcycles, four wheelers, and snow machines.
Jody Littell
Salesman
Jody has been with Northern Power Sports for years. He is a very experienced salesman that can outfit you with just what you need. He specialties are dirt bikes, watercraft, and snowmobiles. He and his wife Michelle have three boys that have lived most their life in Fairbanks. He knows what this area and can place you in just the right machine.
Parts Department
The Northern Power Sports Parts Department is highly qualified in serving the powersports customer here in Alaska. These guys ride what they sell and are experts with finding the perfect fit for your riding needs. From the over-the-phone bush orders to the front counter customer, they have all the parts systems in place to service your needs.

Shipping & Recieving Clerk
Chris Carlo has been with Northern Power Sports for years. If you need something shipped to you in the bush, he is your man. He knows how to get things done right the first time whether making that race or needing a part for a big village to village ride.
Cameron Washburn
Parts Personnel
No matter what you need, a spark plug or a full rebuild kit for your two stroke sled, Cameron is able to see your needs to the final screw or gasket. Cameron has been around the powersports industry for years. He will make your day with an easy trip in and out of the parts department.
Craig Wright

Craig is an extremely knowledgeable parts consultant. He is always willing to go out of his way to make sure your needs are met. No matter if it is just one part to repair a machine or if you are accessorizing a beautiful new unit, Craig can take you to the places you want to go.

Jeremiah is the latest addition to the Northern Power Sports team. He comes to us from an automotive background although different in nature he really knows his stuff. He will have no problem getting you the part that will keep your machine in tip top shape.
Service Department
Our Service Department here at Northern Power Sports is the best around. Our line-up of service technicians and full-line mechanics have been serving Fairbanks and the surrounding areas since 1981. We have over fifty years of experience in our shop foreman and lead mechanic. We will be able to take care of your repair or rebuilding needs.
Dan Ames
Service Writer
Dan is the Northern Power Sports Service Advisor. He is the guy you will need to talk to if your old sled needs tuned up or your new four wheeler needs a 100 mile break-in service. He can let you know what a repair will cost or how booked up the schedule is. Dan is in constant contact with the shop foreman, mechanics, parts manager, and you. Just give him a call.
Ed Enochs
Warranty Clerk
If you have any warranty or update questions, Ed Enochs is you man. He is up to speed with all the service bulletins from all the manufacturers. Ed can let you know in just a few minutes if your repair is covered by warranty. Many times he can take care of your repair or update in one trip to the store with no appointment. If you need him all you have to do is call him, he here for you.
Ray Peger
Service Shop Foreman
Ray Peger is our shop foreman here at Northern Power Sports. He is in charge of your machine while it is in the shop. He has the knowledge at his finger tips that only comes from centuries of working on power sports equipment. Ray has forgotten more than most mechanic will ever know.
Doug Gage
Lead Service Mechanic
Doug has been with Northern Power Sports for more than fifteen years. He tackles the most difficult repair we see in the service department. If you have done the unthinkable to your machine, remember the name Doug Gage. He will make your head ache all better.
Mike Soucie
Service Mechanic
Mike has many years of experience working on power sports equipment. His meticulous style is very popular with our customers. He specializes in high performance upgrades and is almost single handedly responsible for the Yamaha Apex Turbo speed of 159 mph (profiled on the, Custom Snow Machine Build page).
Isaac McBride
Service Mechanic
Isaac is an experienced mechanic that came to us from a heavy diesel equipment background. We are very happy to have him; he does great work and has a great work ethic. He will take very good care of your ride while it is here at Northern Power Sports.
Mike Luten
Service Mechanic
Mike Luten has been at Northern Power Sports for years. He is our "jack of all trades". Mike is a champion motocross racer in the Alaska State Motocross Championships. You can find him doing service work of all kinds. If you have seen Mike at the dealership, you probably have seen him doing just about everything.
Dave, Robert & Jerry
Set-Up Shop
Jerry Johnsrud is in charge of the set-up shop. He and his set-up mechanics are responsible for building your new machine. They have done hundreds of set-ups and installs. If you need a winch on your new quad or a cool MBRP exhaust can for your new sled, Dave, Robert, and Jerry are the guys that will hook you up.
Tyler Foster
Delivery Driver
Tyler is a Northern Power Sports employee that has many different responsibilities. You might see him at your front door delivering your new snow machine or four wheeler.
Bill Glisson
Yard Attendant
Bill has many responsibilities here with us at Northern Power Sports. He is also the one who makes your new machine shine with a clean wash.
